In 2018, J. Vogel acquired TekModo’s core assets and set a new direction: invest in advanced manufacturing and scale into performance-driven markets. By 2019, that strategy was underway, with a 71-acre campus, a new facility in development, and production lines on order.
The operation came online in 2021. Growth followed, driven by the RV market. By 2023, TekModo reached profitability and expanded capacity with additional production lines.
As market conditions shifted, the company expanded into HDPE and ACM sheet production.
In 2025, TekModo launched its construction product line, the Velo structural insulated panels, extending its capabilities into building systems.
Today, TekModo proudly serves the RV, Transportation, and Construction markets.
